Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

Returns due to a change of mind are accepted only for unused and unopened items within 7 days of receiving your order.

For change of mind returns, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. The final return shipping fee will be confirmed after consultation, depending on the item, delivery location, and return method.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer an exchange or refund after reviewing the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.

We also cannot accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or any items marked as non-returnable.

Exchanges

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request an exchange by contacting us at support@dcomshot.co.kr.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for the exchange process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
